1. Start the Outlook Express program.

2. Click the Tools menu.

3. Click the Accounts command.

4. Click the Mail tab. If there is anything other than "mail (default)" in the list under Type, remove it by clicking on the account name and then clicking on the Remove button on the right side of the window. The list should look like the following. Click once on the account mail.twol.com and then click the Properties button on the right side of the window.

5. Under the General tab, make sure the Display Name and Email Address are correct.

6. Click the Servers tab and make sure that the mail server is a POP3, and that both the incoming and outgoing mail servers are mail.twol.com. Also check to make sure that the account name and password are correct. They must be in all lower case and can have no spaces either before or after the typing.

7. Click the Connection tab and then click the Settings button.

8. Under the General tab, make sure that the phone number is either 867-6350 or 542-1549. Also make sure that the checkbox for using the area and country code is UNCHECKED.

9. Click the Server Types tab. The type of Dial-Up Server should be PPP. The only advanced option that should be checked is enable software compression, and the only allowed network protocol is TCP/IP. Now click the TCP/IP settings button at the lower right of this window.

10. Make sure your settings on this window match those below. Then click the OK buttons until you are back to the Internet Accounts window. Click the Close button here.
