Requirements:        
1. You must have at least a 56K modem.
2. You must complete the form below to provide account information to TWOL.
3. You must be 18 years or older to enter into a contract with TWOL.
Dial-up accounts share a pool of modems when they dial in to the service.

Dial-Up Basic 100 hours per month $10.00 per month
Dial-Up Unlimited Unlimited hours per month $20.00 per month

User Name:   (This should be 5 to 15 letters/numbers and becomes the first part of your email address, i.e. choice1@twol.com)
      

Password:  (This should be something you can remember, but not the first thing someone else might guess, and should be an 6 to 10 letter and number combination.)

TWOL billing is done through email; not checking your email will not be accepted as reason for not paying your bill.
